After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. After reading great things about Travis and his support on F150online, I decided to buy a remote starter. His step by step directions were so clear. If it were any easier, he would be there doing it for you. I ran into two minor questions and he was "on call" for me, on a Saturday none the less. I finally decided to order a remote start/keyless entry for my truck. He really knows his business and goes to great lengths to make you a satisfied customer. I decided on the Autopage C3-RS603 and love it. The detailed installation instructions and pre wiring for my 2004 F-150 that Travis provided made the install easy to understand and took me about two and half hours to install at a calm pace.
