I bought a CA-550 from Travis for my 2004 F150 and received his wiring diagrams and custom tips for my specific features. What I've come to find from the first contact with Travis to quick short conversations during the final tuning of my alarm is that he is a great person with awesome integrity first and forement, an enthusiast, and finally a great business person. I really got the sense that he's in business because he likes what he's doing, he's not in this to become rich. The alarm install itself went flawlessly! His tips to navigate the factory wiring harness, disassemble the interior, and his custom wiring of the alarm harness were perfect for my application! Net/Net: You get a custom wired harness, his DETAILED instructions, and a 15 year Ford Aftermarket Parts expert at your beck and call.. for $25!! I'm also real happy with the alarm he helped me select, it has all the features I want without requireing a 2-way transmitter which I didn't need and have been known to lose ;)

I bought the CA530 from Travis a few eeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

i bought a compustar 2w900fm from travis, i had him prewire it i also bought the ford bypass module i needed for my 09 grand marquis. the prewire travis does is great and i highly recommend it. not only does travis send you the system prewired and ready to go he sends you detailed instructions with how to disassemble everything, what color wires to look for and how to test them. his instructions remind me of crutchfield.com's instructions, only better. as far as the compustar 2w900fm, this system is simply awesome, fantastic range, great security, the 2way remote allows you to silent the alarm, check interior car temperature, battery voltage, make the system passive and many more features. if you are looking for a alarm-remote start system or any car audio equipment travis is your guy, YOU WILL NOT find better customer service anywhere. travis is the nicest guy, he is easy to get a hold of, will explain everything to you, and his knowledge of car security and wiring will amaze you. installing this unit on my car was a joyfull expierence which a learned alot from and when you do your system you will be so glad you have a expert like travis only a phone call away in case you have any problems. so if you are thinking of installing a remote starter in your car, rest assure you have the right guy on your side. thanks travis, you are the best.
