I ordered CA530 thru Travis with pre wire ( its sweet one and less headache for me :) ) . I ran into some troubling with some wiring issues and Travis was there for me with very helpful! Cant compare to any other company since he was willing to take care on SUNDAY evening for me until thing is all GOOD!! I called and had some questions about how to run my cables and whether or not my gear was limited (which would result in the need to buy new gear, and spend money). Travis picked up the phone and gave me 25 minutes of his time! He asked the right questions, and gave sound and candid advice. And ultimately, he told me that the gear that I ALREADY own will do the job that I want. So he gave me almost half an hour, to end up Not selling me anything. Other people would have tried to take advantage of my ignorance and oversold me - but not Travis. Awesome guy, I like knowing I can trust someone who is considering my best interest instead of their wallet.
