I called and had some questions about how to run my cables and whether or not my gear was limited (which would result in the need to buy new gear, and spend money). Travis picked up the phone and gave me 25 minutes of his time! He asked the right questions, and gave sound and candid advice. And ultimately, he told me that the gear that I ALREADY own will do the job that I want. So he gave me almost half an hour, to end up Not selling me anything. Other people would have tried to take advantage of my ignorance and oversold me - but not Travis. Awesome guy, I like knowing I can trust someone who is considering my best interest instead of their wallet.

After reading a whole lot of great reviews of Travis' prewire jobs on f150online.com, I decided to bite the bullet and buy one instead of paying someone else to put my alarm/remote start in for me. I went with the Python 991, and couldn't be happier. The prewire job that Travis did makes the whole installation process as easy as changing a head unit. If you can use basic hand tools and either a test light or multimeter, you can install your own remote starter. The instructions were superb, and the one time I had to call Travis was able to tell me exactly what to do while he was walking through a store with his wife. I'm pretty sure he can do this stuff in his sleep, and it definitely shows in the quality of his work.

I finally decided to order a remote start/keyless entry for my truck. He really knows his business and goes to great lengths to make you a satisfied customer. I decided on the Autopage C3-RS603 and love it. The detailed installation instructions and pre wiring for my 2004 F-150 that Travis provided made the install easy to understand and took me about two and half hours to install at a calm pace.
