I heard about KC Autosound from one of the online Ford forums when I was looking for a remote starter for my 99 F150. They talked up his excellent support so I decided to look into it myself. I purchased the CA-520 remote starter for my truck and Travis sent it pre-wired and with exact instructions specifically for my truck. He also picked up the phone immediately when I called him with a few questions regarding the install. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I bought the CA530 from Travis a few eeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

My son and I called around for alarm/remote start combos for my 2002 F-150 and were directed to KC Autosound (Travis) by a Ford dealership. He described everything and directed us to his website to look at our choices and explained their functions after talking on the phone we agreed to have the ca671 system installed by Travis. It did not take long and he he had it up and running in no time. Nice work and thanks again for your time on install and knowledge.
