I purchased a Code Alarm 670 remote start system. I have a 05 Ford F-150. I got the remote start system prewired for my truck. With the instructions that Travis sent, the install was very easy. He explained what panels to remove and what wires to look at. The instructions even told you what the wires should read when you test them. I've even called Travis a couple of times and he was very helpful in explaining somethings. I am very pleased with my system and will purchase from him again. I have recommeded him to many of my friends.

I first heard about Travis and KCAUTOSOUND from the f150 forums. Everyone said positive things about his customer support and prices. I called him up and he gave me 30 minutes of his time and answered all of my questions even though I did not buy anything right away. He did not pressure me, he just wanted to make sure I recieived the right product for my needs. I called back the next weekend and he set me up with a complete package for my 2005 supercrew. This included a 4 channel amp, mono sub amp, subwoofer, sub box, front and rear door speakers, two kinetic batteries, wiring, fuses, and my favorite the code alarm ca670. The range for the remote is awesome. Shipping was quick and cheap. I ran into a few self induced problems with the wiring and he talked me through them very quickly. He even called me that night to make sure everything worked. WOW! You do not get this quality of help anywhere. Period. I highly recommend him for any car audio and security needs. I bought the Compustar 1WG2-S from Travis after talking to him for over an hour on the phone. I had problems during the instalation, called Travis and he tried his hardest to straighten it out all to no avail. Finally we agreed that the brain must have been defective and he would send me out a replacement. Around that time his new baby arrived and the weather turned bad but as busy as he was he still took the time to answer my emails and get my replacement shipped. Installed the remote this past Saturday and it works like a charm.I highly recommend Travis whether you do a self install or are close enough to have him do it.
