Hello- I own an tire/wheel/accessory shop in Howard Lake, MN. I found KC Autosound on the internet when I was looking for help with an 2005 Superduty remote start I had installed. I called and described my symptoms to Travis over the phone and he walked me through it in minutes. I had previously spent 2 hours on the phone on the Ford remote start help line, and they couldn't figure it out. Kudos to you, Travis. Also, I then purchased my next remote start from Travis. It was a CA 530. It is a great system. Travis was there to answer my questions (even after hours). I had it installed and running in about 1 1/2 hours. Thanks Travis. It is nice to deal with pros! Travis is very knowledgeable and talented. He is very accessible through cell phone and website. He installed a very nice stereo system in my 1999 mustang with bass booster in the trunk and a great vehicle alarm and remote starting system. All at a very reasonable price. His customer support is outstanding!
