I first heard about Travis and KCAUTOSOUND from the f150 forums. Everyone said positive things about his customer support and prices. I called him up and he gave me 30 minutes of his time and answered all of my questions even though I did not buy anything right away. He did not pressure me, he just wanted to make sure I recieived the right product for my needs. I called back the next weekend and he set me up with a complete package for my 2005 supercrew. This included a 4 channel amp, mono sub amp, subwoofer, sub box, front and rear door speakers, two kinetic batteries, wiring, fuses, and my favorite the code alarm ca670. The range for the remote is awesome. Shipping was quick and cheap. I ran into a few self induced problems with the wiring and he talked me through them very quickly. He even called me that night to make sure everything worked. WOW! You do not get this quality of help anywhere. Period. I highly recommend him for any car audio and security needs. After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I had read about KC Autosound on the F150online forums and thought the reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The remote start/alarm unit that I originally ordered wasn't available from the vendor so Travis called to let me know and offered to upgrade me for the same price which was a great deal. I ordered it pre-wired for my '02 F150 and besides a minor instruction sheet mix-up (I won't name any names) that was corrected with a phone call and an e-mail from Travis, the installation went well and the instructions and quick tips were right on for my vehicle. Travis always answered any questions I had by phone or e-mail quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his experience with Ford vehicles shows. He goes above and beyond any other car accessory companies I have dealt with to satisfy the customer. I will definently return when I am in need of more products. Keep up the good work!!!
