After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I recently came across KCAutosound on the internet, and purchased the Code Alarm SRT-9000 prewired from Travis. The install instructions were very detailed and the pre wire made the install very easy, and when I ran into any problems Travis always picked up the phone even on the weekend and after hours. Travis has great customer support and I will continue to buy all my audio/alarm stuff from him. Thanks again Travis for all the help.
