I came across Travis on the internet after I read a post he made in a forum trying to help someone with a unique install problem (not even a customer of his). I sent Travis an email and he immediately responded even though it was late in the evening. Travis was not rushed to answer all my questions and never pushed me for a sale. The next day I called him and made the purchase. Travis was in my garage that night after work installing this system. I found Travis to be intelligent, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. I had read about KC Autosound on the F150online forums and thought the reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The remote start/alarm unit that I originally ordered wasn't available from the vendor so Travis called to let me know and offered to upgrade me for the same price which was a great deal. I ordered it pre-wired for my '02 F150 and besides a minor instruction sheet mix-up (I won't name any names) that was corrected with a phone call and an e-mail from Travis, the installation went well and the instructions and quick tips were right on for my vehicle. Travis always answered any questions I had by phone or e-mail quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his experience with Ford vehicles shows. He goes above and beyond any other car accessory companies I have dealt with to satisfy the customer. I will definently return when I am in need of more products. Keep up the good work!!!

I purchased a Compustar 2W900FM-AS from Travis. He took the time to tell me about the features of different alarms to make my choice. The kit came prewired with very detaied instructions. He was available after the sale for questions I had on the install. Very knowledgable. I would highly recomend him and will definately do business with Travis again. Thanks, Ken
