Travis @ kcautosoud.com was readily available via phone and email from the pre-sale and all throughout my remote start installation. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the system worked without any issues. I am a do it yourself kind of person. I have never installed a alarm before, travis gave me great intructions and also great phone support. He never gave up on me when I ran into a few problems. Happy to say I got one of the harder remote start alarm systems installed and working great with travis help. Looking forward to doing more buisness with kc auto sound. Broc
