After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I purchased a CA-671 unit for my 04 F150. Travis was very helpful in suggesting a couple of units that would meet my need. When I had a couple of questions during the install, I called him on Friday night. He was at a family get together but he took the time to answer all my questions, He knew the unit cold! He was headed to the lake the next day but he told me not to hestitate to call if I had problems, The unit has performed wonderfully!
