Recently installed my first alarm/remote start in my 2000 Expedition. The pre-wiring done by KC Autosound really helped out ALOT. Also provided were installation instructions tailored for my vehicle. Total install time was about 6 hours and the alarm works great. I called KCAutosound a few times for support on installation and programming, very helpful everytime. I definitely could not have done this without the pre-wiring. I have done alot of car audio installs, but alarms are definitely more involved and can be complicated. I had ordered an alarm from another place prior to this and returned it because it was just overwhelming and none of the wiring info they sent me accurate. Definitely recommend KCAutosound, and will do business with again.

I purchased two Code Alarm CA 550 Elite Series Remote Starter/Alarm/Keyless Entry #364. One for my 2007 Ford F-150 SuperCrew and my wife's 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I also purchased the DB Drive PT5.2 Platinum Series 5.25" Component Speaker System #103 for my SuperCrew. The order took long to come in but Travis kept me updated with the order so I did not mind the wait. I have yet to install the alarm system on the Mountaineer but I did install the system on my SuperCrew. It took me long to install because I was real nervous after seeing all the wires. I have never installed anything that consisted of tapping into the existing wires before. So for me to install the alarm was a great accomplishment. Travis's instruction/pictures were perfect and easy to follow. The best part was that Travis was a phone call away when I needed him. I called him 4 or 5 times but most of the calls were to confirm that I was doing it right. He even stepped me through the programming. To sum it all up. CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE & HONESTY! I finally decided to order a remote start/keyless entry for my truck. I read all about Travis' customer service on f150online.com so I give him a call the get answers to the questions I had about his products. He really knows his business and goes to great lengths to make you a satisfied customer. I decided on the Autopage C3-RS603 and love it. The detailed installation instructions and pre wiring for my 2004 F-150 that Travis provided made the install easy to understand and took me about two and half hours to install at a calm pace.
