After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I was looking for a remote starter for my 05 F150 Supercrew and I landed on Travis's site for KC Autosound. After reading the testimonials, I elected to buy a code alarm 530 and bypass module and paid the $25 to have it 'bench prepped'. I got the merchandise quickly and the special instructions specifically for my vehicle along with the fact that all unneeded wires were clipped back and tied off, helped a lot. Installation was a breeze, except I had trouble getting the key bypass to work. Travis was there every step of the way, sending me new parts as we tried to troubleshoot. In the end, we determined it was a faulty component from Code Alarm. Travis knows his stuff, can walk you through anything and everything and even with the difficulties that I experienced.. I had read about KC Autosound on the F150online forums and thought the reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The remote start/alarm unit that I originally ordered wasn't available from the vendor so Travis called to let me know and offered to upgrade me for the same price which was a great deal. I ordered it pre-wired for my '02 F150 and besides a minor instruction sheet mix-up (I won't name any names) that was corrected with a phone call and an e-mail from Travis, the installation went well and the instructions and quick tips were right on for my vehicle. Travis always answered any questions I had by phone or e-mail quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his experience with Ford vehicles shows. He goes above and beyond any other car accessory companies I have dealt with to satisfy the customer. I will definently return when I am in need of more products. Keep up the good work!!!
