I purchased a Code Alarm 670 remote start system. I have a 05 Ford F-150. I got the remote start system prewired for my truck. With the instructions that Travis sent, the install was very easy. He explained what panels to remove and what wires to look at. The instructions even told you what the wires should read when you test them. I've even called Travis a couple of times and he was very helpful in explaining somethings. I am very pleased with my system and will purchase from him again. I have recommeded him to many of my friends.

I had read about KC Autosound on the F150online forums and thought the reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. The remote start/alarm unit that I originally ordered wasn't available from the vendor so Travis called to let me know and offered to upgrade me for the same price which was a great deal. I ordered it pre-wired for my '02 F150 and besides a minor instruction sheet mix-up (I won't name any names) that was corrected with a phone call and an e-mail from Travis, the installation went well and the instructions and quick tips were right on for my vehicle. Travis always answered any questions I had by phone or e-mail quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and his experience with Ford vehicles shows. He goes above and beyond any other car accessory companies I have dealt with to satisfy the customer. I will definently return when I am in need of more products. Keep up the good work!!!

I purchased a CA-671 unit for my 04 F150. Travis was very helpful in suggesting a couple of units that would meet my need. When I had a couple of questions during the install, I called him on Friday night. He was at a family get together but he took the time to answer all my questions, He knew the unit cold! He was headed to the lake the next day but he told me not to hestitate to call if I had problems, The unit has performed wonderfully!
