I bought the CA530 from Travis a few eeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

I came across Travis on the internet after I read a post he made in a forum trying to help someone with a unique install problem (not even a customer of his). I sent Travis an email and he immediately responded even though it was late in the evening. Travis was not rushed to answer all my questions and never pushed me for a sale. The next day I called him and made the purchase. Travis was in my garage that night after work installing this system. I found Travis to be intelligent, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy.
Look no further, Travis sells quality products, backs up what he says, and is an all around dependable good guy.

I just bought a CA530 from Travis and installed it yesterday (Friday). I would definitely recommend going with a prewired unit from Travis/KC Autosound. His directions tell you everything from exactly where and what color each wire is (and how to double check them) to where to mount the brain unit. I had to call him a couple times with questions. He answered both times and was able to answer my question within about 15 seconds. He actually called me back a couple hours later just to make sure everything else went ok. If you need the mile range go with the SRT system. I am definitely happy with mine.
