I saw where Travis had helped a several people in the F150 Online forums so I contacted him about help with a remote starter. He got me hooked up with the part I needed and even took the time to respond to my questions about installation. I ordered the part I needed from his website and ran into no issues there either. I originally ordered the part from him just because I could tell he actually cared about my installation, but then I saw the part on other websites...for more! After reading the rave reviews of Travis and his superb customer service on the F150online forum, I ordered a CA530 for my 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch. The Pre-wire and custom instructions were outstanding! Travis’s expertise and excellent customer service have no comparison. He even promptly returned a message on late Saturday night to assist me with some programming problems that I had. He has followed up with me several times to insure that my installation was flawless and my product was all that I expected. I was so impressed with both the product and the over and beyond service, that I ordered another CA530 for my wife’s 2003 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I bought the Compustar 1WG2-S from Travis after talking to him for over an hour on the phone. I had problems during the instalation, called Travis and he tried his hardest to straighten it out all to no avail. Finally we agreed that the brain must have been defective and he would send me out a replacement. Around that time his new baby arrived and the weather turned bad but as busy as he was he still took the time to answer my emails and get my replacement shipped. Installed the remote this past Saturday and it works like a charm.I highly recommend Travis whether you do a self install or are close enough to have him do it.
