I bought the CA530 from Travis a few eeks ago and wanted to use it before posting a review. I could not be happier with the product. The range is truly astounding. I like the way the doors lock, lights come on, valet mose....you name it! I purchased from KC Autosound for one reason. Travis. The guy is phenominal when it comes to answering questions. I had some trouble understanding the setup, which was of course my fault, and Travis walked me through it. I think I called him 3 times at various times of the day and night and NEVER had difficulty reaching him. I have never had such great customer service from any product purchased either locally or via the internet. I also paid for the prewiring for my 2004 F150. This was the first project like this I ever tackled and I'm glad I did it. It was well worth the $25 extra along with the detailed instructions with excellent photo's. Travis, keep up the great service you are supplying to your customers. As soon as I can talk my better half into a new stereo system, I'll be in touch.

All I have to say is thanks to Travis. I heard of him from the f150online.com forums and he has been very helpful with getting me a ca-670 alarm with the Ford Transponder Bypass Module. He was great at first contact in explaining the features, so I ordered on a thursday and got in on a monday. With his directions I got it was easily installed in a few hrs. Then I ran into a couple of questions about the remote start and Travis was reachable by his cell and spent 20 more mins to guide me through and setup the start. Everything is much appreciated and will do business and refer to other friends. Thanks again!

I am a do it yourself kind of person. I have never installed a alarm before, travis gave me great intructions and also great phone support. He never gave up on me when I ran into a few problems. Happy to say I got one of the harder remote start alarm systems installed and working great with travis help. Looking forward to doing more buisness with kc auto sound. Broc
