I called and had some questions about how to run my cables and whether or not my gear was limited (which would result in the need to buy new gear, and spend money). Travis picked up the phone and gave me 25 minutes of his time! He asked the right questions, and gave sound and candid advice. And ultimately, he told me that the gear that I ALREADY own will do the job that I want. So he gave me almost half an hour, to end up Not selling me anything. Other people would have tried to take advantage of my ignorance and oversold me - but not Travis. Awesome guy, I like knowing I can trust someone who is considering my best interest instead of their wallet.

A friend told me about KCAutosound (Travis) and the installs they had done so I gave him a call. Travis talked with me for thirty minutes or so just listening to what I wanted. Then he gave me his suggestion. Which where right on the money. Travis Ordered my stuff on Monday and by Friday it sounded and felt like Tommy Lee was in the back seat and James Hetield was riding in my lap. It rocks. And I didnt go broke getting it done.
